So unless you follow me on twitter/foursquare you wouldn't know that I went back to Weight Watchers last week (for the 343429 time). The last time I went to a meeting was 6/30/11. I am happy to say I only gained 0.6lbs over the summer so that was pretty good maintenance. I took the summer off to try and just "eat normal" tried Atkins for a few weeks (I did lose some weight) and enjoy summer.
My pants have been SNUUUG lately and I knew enough was enough. Every time I do WW and follow the plan and the points I lose weight. Don't ask why I get sick of it or bored and give up so easily. This time I hope to go every week (no matter what) and have some success to get where I want to be by 2012!
I can say I counted all my points and had a loooot of alcohol last Saturday night for Chris's birthday celebrations. I worked out Mon-Weds totally 24 Activity points which I didn't eat.
I lost 2.8lbs and although I always expect to lose a lot more the first week back that is more than what WW considers healthy weight loss so I am happy with the results. For those of you who don't know, healthy weight loss is considered to be 0.5lbs-2lbs per week, of course everyone loses at different rates.
I am excited to be back on the wagon and hope you'll enjoy my rants and raves as I continue on my journey to my happy weight :)
