After two weeks of small gains I have decided to try the simply filling technique for Weight Watchers to see if this helps me. I really need to eliminate the rest of processed foods as well as make better choices in restaurants. I think this will help me because this plan focuses on eating fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, fat free dairy etc.
You can eat these "power foods" until satisfaction and not count points. Then you have 49 points for the week for non power foods.
Has anyone every had success on this plan? Let me know.
I will keep you all posted on my process!

You can never go wrong eating as many fruits and veggies as possible! It's kind of nature's diet, the way we're supposed to eat.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good idea to me! :0) Good luck!!
ReplyDeletePhoto makes me want to go out and raid the organic veggie section of the grocery store. Thanks for sharing Ashley
ReplyDeleteI'd love to hear how this went for you - I've been considering doing the same thing! :)
